Every AI feature has to justify its compute. If a button, a rule, or a thoughtful default does the job better, that's what ships. AI is one tool in the shed — not the whole garden.
Independence is non-negotiable. No venture fertilizer, no growth-hacked incentives. We build apps that can survive a frost — because no one's pulling them up to please a quarterly chart.

Prompting, evals, guardrails, and graceful fallbacks for the parts that use models — so the app behaves itself when the model's having a bad day.
Launch, listen, iterate. Apps are perennials, not press releases. We keep watering the ones that take root — and sunset the ones that don't, honestly.
